Historic Jasmine is a 40+ acre family-owned wedding venue in Providence Forge (New Kent County), Virginia, owned by the Smith family (Don, Eileen, Brandon and Ashton), who purchased the 1750s Manor House as a B&B in September 2005 and hosted their first wedding the next month. Two primary ceremony sites contrast naturally: the Chapel in the Woods (built 2017) under a forest canopy with white chapel facade and benches for up to 150, and the Garden Pergola (built 2010, expanded multiple times) with 8 pillars, boxwood hedges, brick pathways and pond/footbridge. Antebellum of New Kent is a family-owned, exclusive event venue on 17 private acres in historic New Kent County, Virginia, centrally located between Williamsburg and Richmond. Built in 2018, the 5,800 sq ft indoor event space is designed in homage to the grand mansions of Charleston, South Carolina with classically southern details, a grand double staircase leading onto the dance floor, 'haint' blue porch ceilings, lush lawns and mature woodlands surrounding the property. The 2,000 sq ft vaulted Ballroom accommodates up to 200 seated (Certificate of Occupancy is 280 for stand-up cocktail events), with a 60' x 22' Covered Patio and fireplace for cocktail hours, plus two 1,000 sq ft bridal suites with full baths, makeup and hair stations and a groom suite.
