Cousiac Manor is a barn-style wedding venue on a historic farm overlooking the Pamunkey River in Lanexa, Virginia (New Kent County), conveniently located between Williamsburg and Richmond. The 1746 Manor House, magnolia trees and waterfront grounds provide a rustic, water-front setting suitable for ceremonies under a waterfront arbor, under the magnolias or in a 30x50 ft pavilion with barn lighting and fans. The 3,000 sq ft reception hall, built from refurbished 1950s dairy-barn wood with rustic chandeliers and bistro lights, seats up to 250 for dinner and 300 cocktail-style.
