The Pavilion at Mimosa Lake is a family-owned wedding venue (Cindy and Grant Foley) on a 300-acre estate in Lunenburg, Virginia, across from the historic Thomas Jefferson-designed Lunenburg Courthouse and opened in January 2021. The centerpiece 7,200 sq ft climate-controlled pavilion features 25 ft vaulted ceilings, a 12 ft elevated fireplace, a 12x40 ft elevated stage, a 12x36 ft oak dance floor, three bars/serving areas, an indoor 6x8 ft lit granite wall water fountain, free-standing stone fountain, and a Bridal Suite with vanities. The lakeside Amish-built white gazebo with hand-built wooden pews seats 200 over a stone walkway with a lit water fountain in the private 30-acre lake. Additional spaces include the 120 ft covered Veranda with 10 cocktail stations and outdoor bar, The Bridal Cottage over the lake, The Man Cave for the groom, The Lake House for micro-weddings up to 50, fire pit, cornhole, and a restored 1963 Ford Pickup Truck for gifts. Pet-friendly; couples bring outside caterers and vendors (licensed and insured).
