The Barn at Pine View is a 9,000 sq ft climate-controlled timber-frame wedding venue on a 340-acre farm in Keysville, Virginia, opened in October 2022 by the family-owned Kunath family (Kerwin, Beverly, Lauren and Lindsey). The property is surrounded by woods, creeks, lakes and pastures and includes a large outdoor covered porch overlooking a lake, indoor and outdoor balconies, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and multiple ceremony locations. Capacity is approximately 300 guests inside; rental starts at $5,500 and includes round and rectangle tables, 300 chairs, indoor handicap-accessible restrooms, full kitchen, bar space, a floral room, set-up and take-down, clean-up service, an indoor PA system and TVs for slideshows, lawn games, golf-cart transportation, a decorative wagon and a 1950 Ford pick-up truck. Couples also get exclusive use of a Bridal Suite (private restroom, couch, light-up mirrors) and a separate Groom's Bungalow (private restroom, full kitchen), both with overnight accommodations included, plus complimentary T-shirts and an engagement session. Outside vendors are welcome and BYO alcohol requires an ABC license from Virginia.
