The Barn at Stoney Creek Farm is a family-owned, three-story timber-frame wedding and event venue set on a 200-acre farm in the Stoney Creek valley of southwest Virginia, with views over the Appalachian Mountains and Jefferson National Park. The 7,500-square-foot barn was built in 2015 and acquired by the current owners in 2025, who continue its mission as a cost-friendly venue – packages start at $2,500 and the space seats 200 indoors (250 with the two covered porches). Every rental includes handcrafted farmhouse tables, wooden x-back chairs, a full-service catering kitchen with a separate caterer entrance, a private bridal suite with bath, a groom’s dressing room, public restrooms, Wi-Fi, and cleanup. Operating as a raw-space venue, couples bring in their own caterer and vendors, with no in-house mandatory list. Visiting Highland cows and wooly donkeys add the farm’s signature charm.
