The White Barn at Lucas Farm is a 65-acre all-inclusive farm wedding venue in Oakland, MD (Deep Creek area) that has hosted over 450 weddings in nine seasons. The 5,000 sq ft barn was built in 2016/2017 with 30-foot vaulted ceilings, dark walnut tongue-and-groove pine floors and an 18-foot main entrance door, seating up to 225 guests, complemented by a 15,000 sq ft pond, a 200-year-old oak ceremony backdrop, over 30,000 sq ft of paver patios and a 7,500 sq ft paver patio for cocktail hour. Packages start at $13,500 for a one-day rental (8am–11pm) and include a day-of coordinator, bridal and groom suites, farm tables and chairs, centerpiece decor, and basic clean-up; over 7,000 rental items (arbor florals, swags, tableware) plus in-house catering and wedding cake services are also offered. Three on-site houses sleep up to 34 guests and a neighboring property sleeps 12; venue is pet-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and offers Wi-Fi, fire pit, lounge areas, golf-cart transport and a corncrib with chandelier for nighttime photos.
