The property, the original homestead of the founding family of Friendsville, features rolling farmland and forest, a barn with massive hand-hewn beams and exposed timbers, a multi-tiered deck, a 1960 vintage farm truck named Beau for photos, and an internationally televised steampunk-inspired Silo Bar built from 200-year-old oak threshing wood floors. Couples choose Chanteclaire for its comprehensive all-inclusive model: in-house catering, bar, cake, DJ/emcee, florals (via sister company Farmhouse Fete), planning, day-of coordination, decor, lighting, and on-site lodging in a Farmhouse (sleeps 12) and Cabin (sleeps 8) for two nights.
