The Barn on Unity Farm is a custom-built, climate-controlled wedding barn set on 100+ acres of rolling hills, open fields, woods and streams in Princeton, West Virginia, built by owners Mike and Delta after their daughter Amber got engaged in 2016. The all-inclusive venue offers transparent flat-rate pricing ($6,500 venue rental for 2026/2027) with tables, gold chiavari chairs, white resin ceremony chairs, linens, and access to an on-site decorations store stocked with rustic, shabby chic and elegant props that the staff will set up for the couple. Spaces include the climate-controlled barn (indoor occupancy up to 175-200 with tables), bridal suite with private powder room, groom's room, caterer prep kitchen, outdoor patio, covered pavilion for rain contingencies and multiple outdoor ceremony sites. Outside vendors are welcome but all alcohol must be purchased through the venue; the Saturday package includes three days of access (Thursday-Saturday).
