Springvale Farm is a historic working farm in Gerrardstown, West Virginia, dating back to 1805 and transformed into a rustic-but-refined wedding venue by current owners Trebor and Merica Taylor, who purchased the property in 2020. Set amid rolling meadows with white fences, a charming barn, a pond, a cottage, and seasonal wildflower fields, the venue accommodates up to 175 guests (comfortably seating 130–140) for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hour, and reception. Wedding bookings include full-weekend access (Friday set-up and optional rehearsal dinner through Saturday evening), 25 round/7 rectangular/5 high-top tables, 200 white ceremony chairs, 200 black reception chairs, two getting-ready suites, an indoor bar with sink, a food-prep area with industrial fridge, indoor restrooms, and trash cans. Couples bring their own caterer, licensed bartender, coordinator, and additional vendors (recommendations available on request).
