Wedding spaces include the pasture behind the barn, the front-of-barn lawn, the barn interior (also the rain plan), the front yard and two designated outdoor ceremony/reception spots, accommodating up to 200 guests. The elegant 6-bedroom/4.5-bath home serves as bridal/groom dressing rooms and on-site overnight accommodations. The venue operates as a 'Do It Yourself' facility with weekend access starting at $2,300 rental, including ceremony area, indoor and covered/uncovered outdoor spaces, tables (5' round, 6' rectangle, picnic and spool), chairs for 200, on-site decor (altars, arches, centerpieces, dance floor, furniture, lighting), liability insurance, parking and Wi-Fi. Outside vendors are allowed; the venue is pet-friendly with pre-approval (no pets inside the home) and ADA-accessible.
