The Farmhouse Restaurant at Graves Mountain Lodge is the on-site, family-style dining hall on Graves Mountain's 1,800-acre working farm in Syria, Virginia, near Shenandoah National Park, 75 miles from DC and 95 miles from Richmond. The restaurant serves breakfast, family-style dinners and a Sunday lunch-brunch buffet with crispy fried chicken, sourcing organic beef and chicken from Polyface Farm, pork from neighboring Weaver Farm, and using produce from its own regenerative garden. The wider Graves Mountain property has 55 guest rooms plus 45 additional bedrooms and 12 event spaces, including the Sycamore and Chimney Rock pavilions on the stream, Main Lodge dining and lounges, Poplar Lodge meeting rooms, the Stables Barn upper floor and outdoor Farm Pavilion, for retreats, corporate buy-outs, weddings and group events. Activities include hiking 18 miles of trails, horse riding, fly fishing, mountain biking and vineyard tours.
