The Barn at Grace Fields is a do-it-yourself farm wedding venue set on a secluded 150-acre family farm in Richardsville, Virginia, 18 minutes from Fredericksburg and 20 minutes from Culpeper. The property features rolling green hills, a pond, and outdoor games like horseshoes and cornhole, with couples free to use virtually any spot on the 150 acres for their ceremony. The newly built two-level Barn offers a 1,500+ sq ft indoor event space plus a 700 sq ft covered porch and accommodates 101-175 guests, with a top-level Bridal Suite (large bathroom for hair and makeup, kitchen, dining table and relaxation area) and lower-level Groom's Quarters (bedroom, bathroom, arcade games, couch and TV). 2025 starting price is $5,000 and includes setup/cleanup of venue-provided items, golf cart with attendant, all-day staff, on-site accommodations, an exclusive vendor list and liability insurance; weekday, Sunday and weekend rentals are offered. Couples may bring their own planners, caterers and vendors.
