The Barns of Kanak is a historic 13-acre wedding venue set within 200 acres of farmland in Prince George, Virginia, about 35 miles south of Richmond. The property dates to 1899 and was renovated into a wedding venue in 2016, featuring ten barns, six silos, a 1912 farmhouse (bridal prep), a cottage (groom prep), pool, fountain, courtyards and an on-site bridal boutique called Leora Bridal. The Reception Barn seats up to 200 under elegant chandeliers and bistro lights, the Metal Barn with white draping handles indoor ceremony or cocktail hour, and the iconic red Ceremony Barn anchors outdoor ceremonies. Packages include 12-hour property access, 60-day-out coordination by an on-site team (two coordinators on the day), one-hour rehearsal, tables, chairs, linens, decor, setup/breakdown, parking attendants and perks at Leora Bridal; 2026 Ceremony + Reception pricing is $9,700-$13,200.
