The Barn at Kline's Mill is a climate-controlled rustic-elegant wedding venue on a quiet country road in Linville, Virginia, minutes from Harrisonburg and Broadway with views of rolling farm hills and mountains. The pine-clad interior glows golden in candlelight and is paired with hand-hewn custom-built bars, decorative real tin ceiling tiles, bistro/Edison string lights on dimmers and an indoor wooden arch for rainy ceremonies. Capacity is up to 250 guests; rentals include 12 custom farmhouse tables, 60-inch rounds, 6/8-foot rectangulars, cocktail tables, 500 solid maple padded folding chairs, white or ivory tablecloths, china place settings, an outdoor patio, sitting room, two fire pits, lawn games (cornhole, ladder ball, giant Connect 4, jenga, dominoes, dice), two parking attendants, central heat/AC, free Wi-Fi (in farmhouses) and large bathrooms with handmade terracotta tiles. The on-site Early Farmhouse ($275/day for bridal prep; $400/night plus $200 cleaning for overnight) and Creekside House provide lodging. Rental pricing: weekday $2,250, Friday/Sunday $3,500, Saturday $3,000, full weekend (9am Fri – 10am Sun) $5,000; off-season Nov–Mar takes $500 off. Active-military discount 10%.
