The Barn at Parkers Creek is a rustic-elegant wedding and private event venue in Port Republic, Maryland (Calvert County), with direct access to The Shops at Parkers Creek where local florists, bakers and artisans operate. Owner Shelly hosts the warm, welcoming space, which comfortably accommodates up to 80 guests with a customizable indoor reception layout and outdoor ceremony setups beneath a wooden arbor. Weekday wedding rentals run $1,200 (half-day, 6 hours) to $1,500 (full-day, 13 hours); weekend full-day is $2,000, weekend package (Fri evening + all Sat + Sun until noon) is $2,700 with tablecloths. Each wedding rental includes ceremony chairs, wooden arbor, 1 large buffet table, 2 cocktail tables, plus reception tables and chairs. The two ADA-compliant restrooms are heated; the main barn space is not heated or air-conditioned but has two large sliding barn doors and large ceiling fans. There is no on-site kitchen yet. Outside vendors must carry business license and insurance; if alcohol is served (including BYO) a TIPS-certified bartender is required. Pets may be in the ceremony on leash but not in the event space afterward.
