The Fluegel Alumni Center is a modern $36 million, 65,000 sq ft USNA alumni and event facility on the U.S. Naval Academy grounds in Annapolis, Maryland, opened September 8, 2023 and funded by more than 3,500 alumni donors. The waterfront venue overlooks College Creek with sweeping views of the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis, and its design pays tribute to Memorial Hall with a featured staircase and the words 'Don't Give Up The Ship' above tall windows. Indoor spaces include the Reinemund Family Conference Room (240 seated/350 standing), Blue & Gold Bar (60 seated/140 reception), ADM Robert J. Natter '67 Conference Room (100 seated/150 reception) and smaller Bastian Directors and Waldrop/Festa rooms. Over 10,000 sq ft of outdoor terraces (Young Family, Sullivan Family, Class of 1979, Class of '69) can be tented for ceremonies and receptions. Catering is handled by a list of approved/preferred caterers; rentals include tables, chairs, AV support, projectors, podiums/mics and internal/external sound systems; free on-site parking for 65 vehicles.
