The Barn at Ivy Neck is a rustic raw-space wedding venue on 14 generations of family-owned farmland in Harwood, Maryland, sitting on the edge of the Chesapeake Bay and surrounded by lavender fields. The 4,000 sq ft barn comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests and features sliding barn doors that open for an indoor-outdoor feel, decorative ceiling lights, lavender chandeliers and a signature heart-shaped arch. The venue tagline is 'Tradition blooms here', with peak lavender blooms from May to August. All rentals are 72 hours of property access and include tables for up to 180 guests, set-up and breakdown time, ample defined parking (12 MPH limit on property), road signs into the venue, two restrooms and the arch. 2026 Friday–Sunday rates are $4,000 (all months); 2027 rates rise to $5,000. As a raw-space venue, couples bring in their own caterers and vendors and must submit a complete vendor list at least 90 days before the event. Owners Amy and Brice are repeatedly praised by clients.
