All vendor listings, photos, and descriptions are user-submitted and are the sole responsibility of the business owner. Prewedd does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or performance of any vendor or venue.
Vendors use Prewedd at their own risk. We are not a contracting party, and any agreements or payments made between users and vendors are entirely between them.
Couples may share honest reviews of venues or vendors they've interacted with. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and follow our community guidelines. We may moderate or remove reviews that are clearly spam, fake, or unrelated to weddings.
By posting content (photos, text, or reviews) on Prewedd, you grant us a license to display it on our site, advertisements, and social platforms solely for showcasing your experience or business listing.
Our planning tools are here to make life easier — guest lists, budgets, to-dos, and more. They're meant for inspiration and organization, not as professional advice or guarantees.
Data entered in these tools is protected by standard security measures but should not include sensitive financial information. Prewedd is not responsible for data loss or user mistakes while using these tools.

We hope any issue can be resolved kindly and quickly. If something serious arises, you agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration rather than in court. This means no jury trial and no class actions.
Arbitration will take place under U.S. Federal Arbitration Act rules. If you wish to opt out, send an email to main@prewedd.com within 30 days of first using the Services with the subject line "OPT-OUT."
Any claim against Prewedd must be filed within one year of the event. Our maximum total liability is limited to $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Sometimes life happens — natural disasters, outages, or events beyond our control. If those things affect our Services, we'll do our best to communicate, but we're not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by them.
